GDPR Data processing clause
The controller of personal data of users who contact us using the above telephone numbers, mailing address or e-mail addresses is the company Jagiellońskie Centrum Innowacji Sp. z o.o. (hereinafter: “JCI”) with its registered office in Krakow (postal code: 30-348), at ul. Bobrzyńskiego 14, entered in the register of businesses of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court for Kraków – Śródmieście in Krakow, 11th Commercial Division of the National Court Register with number KRS 0000212725, holder of NIP (tax identification number): 676-226-66-85 and REGON (statistical number): 356845374, with share capital of PLN 11,667,900.00. The Controller has appointed Data Protection Officer. The Controller’s Data Protection Officer may be contacted via e-mail at iodo@jci.pl or in writing at the registered address of the Controller.
User’s personal data will be processed for the purpose of taking action at the User’s request. The basis of personal data processing is JCI’s legitimate interest, i.e. protection of economic, legal, and financial interests, and response to requests addressed to JCI. User’s personal data will not be processed longer than required for the specified purposes or for a period of limitation for claims, i.e. for a maximum of 5 years.
Personal data is given by the User voluntarily but it is necessary for us to respond to User’s request. The Controller may make User’s personal data available to third parties (recipients) who render hosting or legal services for the Controller, and to public administration authorities. User’s personal data will not be transferred to a third party/international organisation.
Users have the right to access their personal data, to request that the data be rectified or deleted if it is not contrary to the purpose of processing (“right to be forgotten”), to request that the processing or transfer of their personal data be restricted, and the right to object to processing. Moreover, Users have the right to complain to a supervisory authority if it is detected that data is not processed in accordance with GDPR.
