Life Science Park is located in south west Krakow, close to the Jagiellonian University campus, with convenient transport links to the city center, the ring road and the John Paul II Kraków-Balice International Airport.

Life Science Park has been included in the Krakow Special Economic Zone. This allows the park to use a state aid package, including an income tax relief.
